V.Lutkovska, the Vice-Minister of Justice of Ukraine, reported on the state of implementation of the Law and stated that "according to the targets of the first stage of the Program, the Ministry of Justice together with other executive bodies performed actions regarding Ukrainian translation of the acts acquis communautaire; holding of comparative-legal examination of compliance of Ukrainian legislative acts with acquis communautaire; establishment of procedure of examination of the Bills and other normative legal acts on their compliance with acquis communautaire; creation of the national information network on the European Law; education and holding of the extension courses for the public officials concerning the European Union Law".
Borys Tarasiuk, the Committee Chairman, deems necessary to elaborate the method of adaptation which will prevent adoption of the Bills that fail to comply with the EU Law.
The Committee members passed a resolution to take the aforesaid information into consideration.
