The Agreement (Reg. No.0035) envisages creation of legal grounds for attraction (in the form of Joint actions) of Ukraine (on terms of its tentative agreement) by the European Union to the operations on regulation of crises.
The Agreement regulates legal, organizational and financial issues concerning Ukraine´s participation in the EU operations regarding regulation of crises by civil and military means, procedure of employment and subordination of Ukrainian contingent and personnel in such actions.
