The Bill (Reg. No.1023) defines Year 2008 as the date of completion of transition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations to the professional manning by the servicemen on contract. The Bill also introduces relevant amendments to the State Program for the Armed Forces Development for Years 2006-2011. The Bill also envisages granting of service housing to the servicemen on contract by their enrolment to military service, and the increase of their financial provision.
