The Bill (Reg. No. 2148), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, introduces amendments to the Laws "On Restoration of Debtor´s Solvency of Declaration of Bankruptcy" and "On Licensing of Special Types of Economic Activity" appertaining to further enhancement of bankruptcy procedures and licensing of the arbitral managers´ activity.
Adoption of the Bill should "enable performance of more efficient actions concerning restoration of solvency of public enterprises and companies, the authorized fund of which includes more than 25 per cent of public property".
