The Bill (Reg.No.1281) authorizes all the law enforcement bodies with investigative force to hold prejudicial inquiry in cases concerning official malfeasances envisaged by Articles 364, 365, 366, 367, 368, 369, 370 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
However, the Committee failed to uphold the said legislative motion.
