The Bill (Reg. No.1388) redistributes authorities between village, settlement, city councils, and their executive bodies regarding establishment of tariffs for services rendered by organizations in municipal ownership of relevant territorial community.
Thus, village, settlement and city councils are authorized to establish, under the legally defined procedure, tariffs for consumer, communal, transport and other services rendered by enterprises and organizations in municipal ownership of relevant territorial community.
Adoption of the Bill will enhance public participation in adoption of resolutions in the said field.
