The Bill specifies several articles of the Laws of Ukraine "On Status and Social Protection of Citizens who suffered as a Consequence of the Chornobyl Disaster" and "On the Legal Regime of the Territory contaminated as a Result of the Chornobyl Disaster", which establish the procedure for limitation of nuclear contamination zones and disclosure of information concerning settlements in the said zones.
