The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship resolved to take into Consideration the Draft Concept of the National Programme of Industrial Development for the Period till Year 2017

The Concept defines the most efficient methods for enhancing the organizational structure of the industrial sector, namely: capitalization, vertical and horizontal integration of enterprises, development of enterprise sector, concentration of industrial production due to enhancement of competitive ability and prevention of monopolization, development and introduction of cluster industrial model within the territorial formation.   

 

The approximate rate of financing the implementation of the programme amounts 1429,3 billion Hryvnias: 104,4 billion Hryvnias from the State budget; 46,1 billion Hryvnias from the local budgets; 418,4 billion Hryvnias from the owned assets of the enterprises; 780,1 billion Hryvnias of loans, and 80,4 billion Hryvnias from other funds.

 

However the Committee members stated that "the said rate of financing of the National Special-Purpose Programme of Industrial Development is questionable and requires verification".
