The Bill (Reg. No.2260) regulates the procedure of State registration of closure of legal entities that are joint-stock companies and issuers of securities.
The Bill introduces relevant amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Laws "On Economic Entities", "On the State Regulation of Equity Market in Ukraine", and "On the State Registration of Legal Entities and Natural Persons-Entrepreneurs".
Adoption of the Bill will secure protection of investors´ rights, and enhance liability of joint-stock companies and issuers of securities.
