Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will make an official visit to the Russian Federation on 2-3 April 2008.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is to meet Sergey Mironov, Chairman of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and Boris Gryzlov, Speaker of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
A.Yatseniuk will also attend the 30th plenary meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will also meet Vadim Popov, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus; Marian Lupu, Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova; Ogtay Asadov, Chairman of the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic; Lluis Maria de Puig, Chairman of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly, and Goran Lennmarker, the OSCE PA President.
