I sincerely congratulate you on the 16th anniversary of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Today we honour those people who determined their occupation as enhancement of lawfulness and law order in the State, protection of citizens´ life, health, rights and liberties from criminal infringements. We honour those who devoted themselves to protection of piece and harmony in the society, and courageously implement their constitutional duty.
I wish you sound health, happiness and welfare, inspiration and success in courageous activity for the sake of Ukrainian nation.
