The Bill (Reg. No.1451) extends the effect of the Law "On Public Service" onto the medical, educational, scientific and educational workers.
The Committee members deem necessary to expand social safeguards for such workers.
However, to regulate the said issue, the Committee members deem more reasonable to give the public official status to such workers in terms of wages, and financial and pension provision. Therefore, the relevant profile laws that regulate particular field of occupational activity are to be amended.
The Committee recommends that the subject of legislative initiative further elaborates the Bill, taking into consideration introduced motions.
