The sitting was attended by the representatives of the State Commission on regulation of financial service markets of Ukraine, the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, and the insurance companies of Ukraine.
The Bill (Reg. No.1150) unifies the standards of public insurance supervision and regulation in Ukraine, and coordinates them with the statements of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) and the guidelines of the European Union".
It was resolved to elaborate the Bill with the participation of the Committee members, representatives of the State Commission on regulation of financial service markets of Ukraine, the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, and submit it then for parliamentary consideration
