Annually, five young citizens of Ukraine are granted an opportunity to win a scholarship to undergo practical training at the German Parliament.
International Parliamentary Scholarship Program (IPS) is intended for politically-interested applicants under 30 who are willing to work in the public sector (Parliament, Government, associations, mass media, parties, and higher educational establishments). The applicants must have complete higher education and good command of German.
Scholarship holders will stay in Germany from 1 March till 31 July 2009.
