The Concept of Vocational Technical Training Development and the Law "On Vocational Technical Training" need urgent scientific editing, revision and ratification in a new version.
Moreover, integration of vocational technical training to the European educational space within the scope of the Copenhagen process has no scientific grounds. Thus, the national proficiency qualification system requires further improvement.
The central executive bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations and educational establishments are in need of effective cooperation whilst forming government order for training of skilled personnel, as it results in the growth of the unemployment rate. The investors and employers are not motivated to contribute to the development of vocational education establishments.
The Committee is dissatisfied with the results of activities aimed at re-equipment of training material and technical basis of vocational education establishments.
The Committee resolved to summarize the introduced motions, and use them in the course of their aw-making activity.
