The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service" (re Indemnity of Expenditures for Upkeep of the Military Servicemen)

The Bill introduced amendments to the Law regarding establishment of extra property accountability of the military servicemen. Pursuant to the Law, the military servicemen are to compensate State expenditures for their upkeep in the higher military educational establishment, in case a contract with a military serviceman was cancelled within five years since graduation.

 

A relevant Bill (Reg. No. 0961) was registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 26.03.2007.
