The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Standards, Technical Specifications and Procedures of Aptness Assessment" (re Assessment of Production Aptness)

The Bill (Reg. No.2290) coordinates Ukraine´s commitments concerning procedures of production aptness assessment with the requirements of Article 6.1 of the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade.

 

The Bill also regulates the procedure of authorizing the bodies to assess compliance of production, processes and services with the technical standards.
