The Bill (Reg. No.1240) introduces amendments to the Law "On privatizing Public Housing Stock" that permit privatization of floor space in hostels assigned for residence of families and single persons, provided they reside in the said hostel permanently (not less than five years). The hostels of educational establishments, social hostels, and hostels situated at the territory of military units are regarded as an exception.
