The Bill (Reg. No.2137) defines organizational and legal, and economic principles of formation of wholesale markets of agricultural produce and their infrastructure in Ukraine.
The Bill is aimed at enhancement of market channels of agricultural produce flow from a producer to processing enterprises and other consumers, and at improvement of competitive ability of agricultural producers.
