Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2082), religious organizations, public associations of the disabled of Ukraine, their enterprises (associations) and institutions become entitled to the lease of land plots in the public or municipal ownership without tender being held.
The Bill also envisages a number of benefits for the said associations.
As religious and charity organizations are regarded as non-profit institutions (according to the Law "On Taxation of Income of Enterprises"), the Committee resolved to adopt the Bill as a basis.
