The Bill (Reg. No.2335), submitted by the President of Ukraine, regulates the issues concerning admission of units of foreign armed forces to the territory of Ukraine in Year 2008 for participation in multinational military training; establishment of their total strength, types and amount of armaments and military equipment; period of stay and places of dislocation at the territory of Ukraine for the period of training that will be held in Ukraine due to the plans of military cooperation with the partner States, and the international agreements of Ukraine.
The Committee members upheld the Bill, since its adoption will promote implementation of actions in the field of national security and defence within the scope of realization of foreign political strategy of the State.
