The Law (Reg. No.1144) establishes "the Order of Liberty" for commemoration of illustrious and special deeds of citizens aimed at consolidation of sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, development of democracy, social, economic and political reforms, advocacy of constitutional human and citizens´ rights and liberties", and "For a Rescued Life" for commemoration of citizens who rescued a human´s life, conducted charitable, humanitarian and other activity in the field of public health and prevention of accidents.
