Sumy regional State administration, executive and local self-government bodies conduct dedicated and systematic activity aimed at implementation of the said Laws. However, the People´s Deputies call for analyzing and amending the state of realization of an all-round program "Education of Sumy Region. Years 2007-2011". The Committee members deem necessary to refurbish the educational establishments, to fix service roads, and to introduce energy-saving technologies. Moreover, it is necessary to take measures concerning implementation of social safeguards of educational workers, provision of housing and due premium pays for them.
The Committee recommends that the regional State administration and local self-government bodies of Sumy region envisage budget funds to supply regional comprehensive educational establishments with modern technical equipment and scientific appliances.
