The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine regarding Protection of Domestic Producers from Subsidized, Dumping and Growing Import"

The Law amends the Laws "On Protection of Domestic Producers from Dumping Import", "On Protection of Domestic Producers from Subsidized Import" and "On Special Actions concerning Import in Ukraine". The Law aims at enhancement of the said legislative acts, and their coordination with legislative regulations of the World Trade Organization.

 

A relevant Bill (Reg. No.2288) was registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 27.03.2008.
