The Bill (Reg. No.2159) amends the following Laws: "On State Social Payments to Low-Income Families", "On State Social Aid to Persons non entitled for Pensions and the Disabled", and "On State Social Aid to the Persons handicapped from Birth and to the disabled Children".
The Bill enhances the procedure of granting State social aid, and increases its rate for the low-income families.
The Committee took into account that the Ministry of Social Policy and Labour upholds the Bill, since its adoption is socially significant.
