The Bill (Reg. No.2096) defines principles of foundation and activity of the Guarantee Fund of Realization of Commitments due to the Grain Storage Documents. The Guarantee Fund is regarded as a State target special non-entrepreneurial institution that exercises State control over implementation of relevant commitments.
Pursuant to the Bill, the said Fund is to compensate the cost of grain left for storage to the holder of a grain storage document, in case a grain storehouse is insolvent.
