The participants of "the Round Table" recommend that the Committee provides primary drafting and brings forward the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code (re Establishment of Criminal Liability for the Persons who consciously use the Services rendered by the Victims of Human Trafficking by Enforcement).
The parliamentary Committee is also to secure consideration of the issues regarding ratification of the Council of Europe Convention "On Action against Trafficking in Human Beings".
The participants of "the Round Table" call for elaborating the Bill to provide extensive definition of the following concepts: "impressment", "relocation", "blackmail", "susceptible condition of a person", "concealment", "obtainment of a person", "transfer or obtainment of a person" in order to secure their unambiguous definition, understanding and application by the law enforcement bodies.
The Committee forwarded the guidelines to the Ministries and other authorities for their realization.
