At the meeting the Parties discussed development of bilateral relations and prospects of cooperation between Iraq and Ukraine.
Khalid Jasim Al-Shamari reported on the political situation in Iraq. He stated that the government of Iraq acts in compliance with the laws and the Constitution of the country, and promotes stability in the State.
O.Bilorus informed the diplomat of the activity of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Deputy Group on Inter-Parliamentary Liaison with the Republic of Iraq. He also stated that the delegation of Ukrainian parliament members is going to visit Iraq in the nearest time.
