The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Regulation of Sale of some Socially Important Foodstuffs" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.2292) "regulates the sale of socially important foodstuffs, defines the procedure for concluding purchase contracts and making payments for them, etc".

The Bill establishes top total mercantile addition (mark-up) for these foodstuffs at the rate not exceeding 15 per cent from wholesale-selling manufacturer´s price (customs price) for the end consumer.
