N.Korolevska, Committee Chairman, stated that "small enterprise is very important for economic development of any country, since it results in the rise of employment rate, and production sales, etc".
N.Korolevska emphasized that adoption of the Concept of State Support of Small Enterprise Development gave incentives to formation of normative and legal basis in the field of State regulation of small enterprise development.
Realization of the National Program of Small Enterprise Development Promotion and relevant regional programs facilitates elaboration and introduction of mechanisms of State support of small enterprise. Moreover, normative and legal regulation of small enterprise sector is also being adjusted.
Within the scope of Ukraine´s accession to the WTO, enhancement of State regulation in the field of small enterprise development and its internationalization should be aimed at enhancement of competitive ability of national small and middle-size enterprise, creation of prerequisites necessary for its access to the foreign markets.
It is necessary to adopt the Bills aimed at enhancement of national legislation in the field of development and support of enterprise, and its coordination with the requirements of the European Union.
The participants of the hearings recommend that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine brisks up its work regarding elaboration and adoption of a normative and legal act on implementation of the European Charter for Small Enterprises in Ukraine.
The participants of the hearings resolved to summarize the introduced motions and remarks, so that the Committee would take them into account whilst elaborating relevant legislative acts.
