The Bill (Reg. No.2380) enhances the procedure for scrutinizing appeals against the decisions on institution of criminal proceedings in order to secure timely and objective consideration of the said appeals in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine, and adherence to human and citizens´ rights and liberties.
The author of the Bill believes that adoption of the Bill will improve judicial control over activity of the investigatory powers, and enhance protection of the State interests and citizens´ rights and liberties.
