The Bill (Reg. No. 0964) proposes to specify authorities of the licensing body, allowing it to conduct preliminary (before granting a license) examination of business subjects´ conformity with licensing requirements, if it is provided by the special law on relations in some field of economic activity.
Particularly, it is expected that "Licensing of Types of Activity in the circulation of drugs, psychotropic agents and precursors, as well as conveyance of passengers by the means of motor transport is conducted according to this Law taking into consideration particular features defined by the Laws of Ukraine "On drugs, psychotropic agents and precursors", "On Automobile Transport".
