The Bill (Reg. No.2255) establishes normative and legal principles of licensing the sale of domestically produced natural gas by the economic entities that extract the natural gas. Inter alia, the Bill establishes the price of natural gas extracted by the licensees, envisages supervision over observance of the terms of licensing, especially over the use of funds obtained due to the sale of domestically produced natural gas.
Implementation of the Bill envisages introduction of amendments to Article 6 of the Law "On Natural Monopolies".
