Andriy Parubiy: Budget process will be one of most important issues this fall

At the meeting of the Conciliatory Council of the heads of the parliamentary factions and the chairpersons of the Verkhovna Rada committees, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Andriy Parubiy, noted that the budget process will be the most important issue this fall.

Andriy Parubiy called on the colleagues to be very attentive to the elaboration of the parliamentary agenda. He informed that on Tuesday, the Parliament plans to consider two blocks of issues: the issue of informatization consisting of about 10 bills and the bills on agriculture.

Andriy Parubiy also said that this plenary week the Parliament will discuss an important issue of local self-government. He reminded that these bills had already been offered for consideration however, received no attention of the parliamentarians due to different reasons.

Some documents offered for the discussion touch certain issues of the fuel and energy sector. Parliamentary committees have prepared a total of 85 bills. "These bills require your support," Andriy Parubiy said.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada reminded that the first issue to be considered on Tuesday will be the elaboration and approval of the agenda for the whole session.
