I sincerely congratulate you on Constitution Day!
This year Ukraine celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Constitution's adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine!
The Constitution of Ukraine is a symbol of embodiment of old traditions in state building.
I believe that our joint work for Ukraine will enhance our state and bring Victory and Peace to the Ukrainian people!
