Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has called on the people's deputies of Ukraine to work constructively on Thursday, in particular, to consider the adapted draft law on special confiscation.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said this opening the plenary meeting on Thursday.
Groysman said that this day, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider the draft law No. 4057 "On amendments to Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine" (as to peculiarities of confiscation of corrupt funds, foreign currency values, government bonds, etc.), which will allow confiscation of arrested funds of the previous country's leadership.
Groysman said that on Wednesday, a workgroup held a meeting to adapt this draft law and as a result of the discussion new draft law was offered.
