The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has to be reshuffled in a way to be able to effectively respond to the challenges Ukraine is currently facing.

Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman has told this to the Rada TV channel.

We have to reform the Government in a way to be able to enhance it with professional staff, he said.

Groysman also said that today the necessity for the reshuffling the Ukrainian Government is obvious due to incompetence of some of its members.

At the same time, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada noted it is important not only to replace certain ministers, but also to elaborate a precise action plan to restore national economy in 2016. He added that such a plan should be well-predicted for the Ukrainian society.

He also said that in 2016, the authorities have to focus on the reformation of the sector of health care, education. He noted the importance for further introduction of the decentralization of power.

The Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament reminded that soon, the Cabinet of Ministers will present its report to let the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine give its estimate to the Government's work. "I do stress that the reloading of the Government must be formed of precise elements — the plan for Ukraine's update," Groysman said.
