The draft law (No. 3693) proposes to repeal the provision stipulating that citizens of Ukraine have the right to make a proposal to recall a deputy of a local council at the people's initiative, not earlier than in one year from the assumption of such powers.
In addition, it is planned to grant the right to recall a deputy of a local council to the governing body of a party, which coordinated the decision of a corresponding congress (corresponding conference) on nomination of the election list of candidates to the corresponding council.The draft law was adopted with amendments proposed during the discussion.
