Verkhovna Rada Chairperson Volodymyr Groysman has called on people's deputies to adopt the state budget for 2016 this week.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said this at the Conciliatory Council meeting on Monday.
"I understand that it's very hard, I see lots of different opinions, ideas, visions of the budget for our country. However, at the same time, I call for finding an accurate decision to adopt the budget, to enact it starting January 1, 2016," the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said.
Groysman said that the adoption of the state budget for 2016 is the major task for the Parliament this week. He reminded that the Cabinet of Ministers provided this budget only December 11.
"I call on everyone to use a constructive professional approach in this matter," Groysman said.
