At the extraordinary plenary meeting on Thursday, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman informed that during the meeting of the heads of the parliamentary factions, the parties agreed to make the new Tax Code a joint product of the Government and the Ukrainian Parliament.
According to him, the document should correspond to the following criteria: "The development and intensification of the development of the national economy."
Groysman said that this work will be continued next year. "Today a workgroup of professional representatives of parliamentary factions, the Government will be created with the direct participation of the Prime Minister of Ukraine," he said adding that to take the required decision everybody still has the time of the following plenary week.
He expressed confidence that "a "constructive compromise" and required decisions for the country will be found to fulfill our obligations to the Ukrainian society and to adopt decisions that will allow further cooperation with the international financial organizations."
