Pursuant to Section 8 of Article 19 of the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:
1. Convene an extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of VIII convocation for 12:00, December 17, 2015, to eye the following issues:
1) draft resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On peculiarities of procedure and adoption of the draft law of Ukraine on State Budget of Ukraine for 2016;"
2) presentation of the draft law of Ukraine No. 3000 on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2016;
3) draft resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On peculiarities of the procedure of consideration and adoption of draft laws related to adoption of the draft law of Ukraine on State Budget of Ukraine for 2016;"
4) draft law of Ukraine No. 3627 on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On state property management" (touching the right to a part of net profit (revenues) (dated December 11, 2015 under No. 20214/0/2-15 provided for examination on December 14, 2015);
5) draft law of Ukraine No. 3628 on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine (as to stabilization of the financial situation and improvement of some provisions in the field of social policy) (dated December 11, 2015 under No. 20212/0/2-15 provided for examination on December 14, 2015);
6) draft law of Ukraine No. 3629 on amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine (touching the agreement of terms of the Budget Code of Ukraine and the amendments to the sector-oriented and tax laws) (dated December 11, 2015 under No. 20217/0/2-15 provided for examination on December 14, 2015);
7) draft law of Ukraine No. 3630 on creation of competitive conditions in taxation and stimulation of economic activity in Ukraine (dated December 11, 2015 under No. 20215/0/2-15 provided for examination on December 14, 2015);
8) draft law of Ukraine No. 3631 on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine in view of adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On creation of competitive conditions in taxation and stimulation of economic activity in Ukraine" (dated December 11, 2015 under No. 20216/0/2-15 provided for examination December 14, 2015);
9) draft law of Ukraine No. 3632 on de-shadowing of the gambling market and boosting of state budget revenues aimed at implementation of social liabilities (dated December 11, 2015 under No. 20213/0/2-15 provided for examination on December 14, 2015).
2. Urge First Deputy Head of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat Volodymyr Slyshynskyi to ensure preparation and holding of the extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on December 17, 2015 and inform people's deputies of Ukraine about the issues to be heard at the meeting.
