Our priority of the 2016 should be the restoration of the economic potential of Ukraine.
Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said this at the 16th meeting of the National Reforms Council on Tuesday, December 8.
Groysman noted the necessity for "extremely important decisions, inter alia, touching post-Soviet inefficient tax system."
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said that the basis of the renewed system should include a number of important principles. He said that "the administering system should be transparent." "Everyone in the country must pay taxes," he said.
According to Groysman, the tax rates must not oust the businesses to shadow and should allow them to develop.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada also said that the tax system stockholding be transparent and stable.
According to Groysman, such an approach would facilitate restoration of trust in the tax system and "launch new mechanisms of administering, development of economy and creation of new jobs."
