Your devoted and tireless work and high level of skills ensures the safe and reliable operation of the National Energy Complex, and provision of the daily needs of the Ukrainian people.
It is thanks to you that our industries, transport and communications are functioning, and our people enjoy the comfort of light and heat in their homes.
The newly-commissioned power facilities, and energy-saving and environmentally-friendly power systems launched, testify to the huge potential of Ukraine's power sector.
Through the unflagging labours, talents and efforts of many generations, a potent energy complex has been set up. Our country is one of the three European nations having a developed nuclear energy sector. Hence, the stable, reliable and co-ordinated accomplishments by our Nuclear Energy personnel provide a basis for a consistently improving life-style of our compatriots.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is continually improving the legislative framework for the Fuel-Energy complex to meet the interests of our National Security, and comply with EU judicial standards.
The key priority of the Ukrainian Power-Engineering sector will now be the transition to an innovative pattern of an Energy Efficient Economy in this country.
