Take my sincere congratulations on the national holiday - the Day of Local self-government.
Some time ago, voters cast their ballots for a new composition of deputies of local councils, city, town, and village heads. For the first time elected were chairpersons of unified territorial communities, who stood in the forefront of power decentralization and reforming of local self-government.
Every day all those working in local self-government bodies feel particular responsibility for consolidation, social calmness, and well-being of citizens. It is you who have to take care of economic development of communities, creation of new jobs, implementation of effective infrastructure projects, wealth of villages, towns and cities of our country.
On this festive day I wish you peace, well, and perseverance in the fulfillment of all plans for the welfare of the people. I believe in the success of our common cause.
