Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman notes the importance of urgent changes in current judicial system.
Giving a lecture entitled "Decentralization — strategy of national success" to students in Kharkiv on Monday, Groysman said that last week, the President of Ukraine submitted a draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine touching the reformation of the judicial system for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada. "We need real justice," he said.
