The lawmaking process in the Ukrainian Parliament should be based on three major values: European aspirations, restoration of justice in the society and return of dignity to people, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said on Friday.
"In present conditions, it is quite uneasy to stand for dignity. I believe that today's authorities' duty is to pave the way for our European future, restore justice and return dignity to the people," he said.
"These values define the reforms our country requires and the people are waiting for today. As lawmakers we have to create legislative grounds for these reforms," Groysman added.
