Pursuant to the Treaty, the Parties create for each other conditions of most assistance on the issues concerning customs regulations and other tariffs, conferred to the same status as customs, as regards entire commodity exchange, except of special benefits granted within regional agreements or those stipulated by the commitments to the neighboring countries.
Inter alia, the Parties will encourage and promote trade between economic activity subjects of both countries by establishing contacts between business entities, organizing exhibitions, fairs, information exchange.
Adoption of the Bill (Reg. No. 0079) will promote development of bilateral relations between Ukraine and the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria in trade and other fields on a regular and long-term basis.
