"The centralized system is resisting. However, we should draw the line in this issue, eliminate the old system and build new one, a pro-European administrative services system," Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said at the end of the meeting dedicated to the transfer of the right to rendering administrative services to local self-government bodies. He noted that during the work on respective draft laws "we tried to make the upcoming system clear, perfect, and better than the current one." The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said that some defects of the new system could be fixed at the legislative level in the course of its practical application.
Groysman addressed deputy factions, groups and the Secretariat of the Ukrainian Parliament requesting to adapt the said draft laws and submit them for Verkhovna Rada construction this Thursday.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada also reminded that on Thursday, the Parliament would have to eye and adopt the law on state service.
