I sincerely congratulate you on the 130th anniversary of foundation of your remarkable educational establishment — modern scientific and educational center of Ukraine.
Founded in XIX century, Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute has made considerable contribution to the development of the global science and technology, establishment of the domestic higher technical education in Ukraine and training of highly-qualified specialists.
Many of the Institute's graduates have become the technical elite of the state — famous general designers and scientists.
