I extend my heartfelt congratulations on The 50th Anniversary of the Institute´s Foundation.
It was here that the first continental European computer MECM was created over half a century ago, thanks to the hard work, talent and inspiration of the Institute Members. Your projects contribute to the stable development of National Information Science and Cybernetics, making way for our technologies to compete in the world market. Your activities provide for effectiveness not only in Cybernetics but the whole economic sector also.
I believe that the professional achievements of your team will markedly contribute to the laying down of self-sufficient Information Science and Cybernetics in this country.
